Maria Elmquist, Associate Professor. Maria Elmquist’s research is mainly focused on the management of innovation, organization of R&D and design activities and strategic change. Ongoing research includes projects on the development of innovative capabilities and the management of open innovation. She uses mainly qualitative methods and is used to working in close collaboration with industrial partners. Marie Elmquist is also head of division at Innovation Engineering and Management.
