Sofia Börjesson, Professor. Sofia Börjesson is the director of CBI. Her academic research field evolves around questions of how organizations change and develop with focus on the management of innovation work, specifically on innovation capabilities in large mature firms. The research is mostly conducted as collaborative research. Sofia Börjesson is also head of division at Innovation Engineering and Management.
