2011Axtech. The goal of the project at Axtech AB was to create and evaluate new business models in two customer segments. The results will be used in the formation of Axtech AB’s growth strategy, product strategy and pricing model. Project team: Veronica González, Karl Nilsson and Jonas Hjerpe. Project team: Andreas Fredriksson, Andreas Hedengran, Ivan Angsvik and Christian Sandström 2010MicVac. The project investigated what value MicVac’s system solution creates for the customer through of a comparison between MicVac’s system solution and competing technologies. The results on the competitiveness of the micvac-method will be used to further positioning the offering and structure the firm’s sales strategy. 2008/2009During the end of 2008 we initiated two new BIP projects that run during spring 2009, one at the med tech company Qbtech and the 2nd at Göteborg Energi that thus came back for a 2nd project. Göteborg Energi The project was a continuation of the previous project, with a narrowed focus to explore and detail a specific sub set of potential business opportunities.
2007/2008During 2008, CBI has finalized the three BIP projects that were started during autumn 2007 - Geveko, Göteborg Energi and Icomera: Geveko – Exploring Industry Stages and Innovative Capabilities in an Incumbent Firm. The purpose was to determine the stage of the road marking and intelligent transport systems industries, and investigate the possibility to conduct new businesses in the industries. The master thesis that was the 2nd deliverable from this project was published (VDM (Verlag Dr. Müller; www.vdm-verlag.de)) in December 2008. Göteborg Energi – New Businesses based on a New Technology. The purpose was to evaluate the potential of new businesses from an installed wireless network. Icomera – New Businesses based on Information and Communication Technologies. The purpose was to identify what possible ICT solutions Icomera could provide to the railway industry and their potential value. |
