CBI's competencies lie in both creating, but also applying knowledge about the broad area ‘management of innovation’. CBI focuses on how to improve a firm's innovation capabilities by

  • Framing the problems and challenges involved. We create a shared knowledge with practitioners and despite having a critical stance, we focus on change and improvements;
  • Developing appropriate management methods
  • Together with the firm developing prerequisites for change

Innovation AuditsBusiness Innovation Projects

Innovation Audits is a framework developed with industry to measure and increase the innovative capability of your firm. It can also act as an innovation enabler. A Business Innovation Project (BIP) is a way to identify, generate and evaluate new business opportunities using a scientific methodology.
